Luxury
Meals . . . Off the Beaten Path
No
matter how far from home we wander to seek adventure, we still appreciate
a few of the finer details of life. Like a comfortable place to
lay your head, premium coffee when you wake up, and most of all,
outstanding meals. Necessities? No. But we believe you can enjoy
full days immersing yourself in the natural world and still return
to your camp, lodge or boat to enjoy the comfort of gourmet meals.
This is your vacation, after all, and fine dining should be one
of its highlights.
We use organic
food whenever possible and also supply local fair trade coffee.
You'll enjoy a glass of wine before dinner as you relax on the shore.
Vegetarians as well as special dietary needs are easily accommodated.
A great sea kayaking trip is enhanced by fine food with fresh ingredients.
